Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times

We currently ship to the United States. Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of your order date, please contact us at BYOGSupport@proton.me and we will investigate the issue.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
